Who we are

The controller of the personal data handled through this site is the company identified below.

Data we collect

This site has no sign-up area, no password login and no database of its own. We receive personal data only when you choose to write or call:

• name, email address, subject and the text of the message you send;
• phone number, when you reach us by phone or choose to share it.

The form on the home page only drafts a message in your own email app. It is sent from your account, and the form saves nothing on this site.

The server that hosts the pages logs technical access data such as IP address, date, time, requested page and browser type.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the data we receive to:

• reply to the messages and calls that reach the company;
• handle requests related to the company's registered activities;
• meet legal and regulatory duties;
• answer data subject requests provided for in the LGPD;
• keep the site secure and working.

The applicable legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, preliminary steps requested by the data subject, and compliance with a legal obligation.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or hand over personal data for commercial purposes. Third party access is limited to:

• the provider of the email service where messages are received;
• the hosting provider of the pages;
• public authorities, when required by law or by a valid order.

Cookies

The pages of this company site (the home page and this policy, in Portuguese and in English) set no cookies of their own and use no audience analytics or advertising tools.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive your browser's IP address in order to deliver the files.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as it takes to resolve your request and, after that, for the period the law requires. Once that period ends, the data is deleted or made anonymous.

Your rights

Article 18 of the LGPD gives you, among others, the right to:

• confirm whether we handle your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• ask for anonymization, blocking or deletion of anything unnecessary or excessive;
• request portability and learn who the data was shared with;
• withdraw consent and object to handling you consider irregular.

Requests are answered within 15 business days. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

Security

Access to the mailbox that receives messages is limited to authorized people, and the pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is fully immune to failure. An incident that may cause relevant risk or harm will be reported to the affected data subjects and to the ANPD, as the law requires.

International transfers and external links

Email and typeface providers may process data on servers located outside Brazil. In those cases the transfer follows the grounds and safeguards set out in the LGPD.

This site may point to third party addresses, such as the ANPD portal. Other pages published on this domain may carry their own terms and policy, shown on those pages. Each address answers for its own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in how the site works. The date of the latest review appears at the top of the document, and the version in force is always the one published on this page.
